AIMS Institutes has an on-campus medical and health centre that offers first-aid and basic medical assistance for students and staff. To promote holistic development, the institute conducts regular health-awareness programs, medical camps, and blood-donation drives.

In addition to physical wellness, AIMS organises mental-health awareness programs in collaboration with NGOs. Health services are available from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with a dedicated practitioner and nurse. For emergencies, the institution has MoUs with nearby hospitals to ensure timely medical support.
